My triumphant return!

Maybe you noticed, and maybe you didn’t but I’ve not been posting new articles on this blog in the past several days. There have been a couple reasons why and I’ll address those in a moment. Not because I believe it to be particularly relevant but because it gives me something to write about and you to read about.
Before I get into the reasons I just wanted to quickly thank those who have stuck around while nothing new has been going on. I realize how easy it is to drop a blog that isn’t updated regularly having done so myself on a number of occasions. Needless to say I appreciate your loyalty.
- Are you ready for my excuses?
- First and foremost I got a new job. Yay me? Yeah, except for the 2 hour rush hour traffic every morning and every night. Other than that it’s a great job, exactly what I had been looking for.
Second I simply haven’t had anything to write about that I felt was original enough to write and rather than disrespecting your intelligence trying to pass off some half-baked, rehashed garbage as worthwhile I simply choose not to write until I either came up with all new material or completely different ways of looking at old material. It took a while, but finally it has happened and I have about two weeks worth of articles lined out for you.

Hi Brook
Congrats on your new job! It’s always good when you are at a fresh start in any endeavor. Enjoy & Good luck!

After reading this post
“My triumphant return!” and one of your previuos “3 ways to defeat writers block”,
may be at last, I seeing some light at the end of the tunnel.
Finally I’m getting some motivations for my blogging aspirations.
Btw I posted in my blog a small comment regarding your blog.
Feel free to give a look at it.
Good luck with your new job.
Red.

Red’s last blog post..Consideration 2.
Betshopboy – Thanks! It’s been a rough week getting used to the drive, but things are settling in now.
Red – Thanks for the mention it is greatly appreciated. I try to remind myself that blogging is “just for fun” and I treat it as such. If I can’t think of anything to write about I don’t. If I need a break I take one. I suppose if I was doing this for income then I’d get frustrated.
