Interview: Bryan Clark of One Man’s Goal part 3
Interview: Bryan Clark of One Man’s Goal part 3
Today we will conclude our interview with Bryan Clark of One Man’s Goal. If you’ve missed part 1, or part 2 of the interview please go check them out!
- Question:How much time does it generally take you to publish a new article from conception of the idea until final product and what steps go into it?
-
Most of my articles are pretty long. It generally takes me 1-2 hours to put out a LONG post because I spend a lot of time researching it to make sure I cover all the angles. A shorter post can be anywhere from 15-30 minutes. Once I have some knowledge on a subject, it sticks with me… therefore, effectively reducing the time it takes me to write about it.
Question to the reader: How long does it take you to get an article published?
- Question: You’ve mentioned a girlfriend in other posts. How much a part of this is she and what role(s) does she play?
-
She’s fantastic. She plays the role of live-in support group, graphic artist, and editor/proofreader. My posts would have a lot more errors if it wasn’t for her reading them and correcting spelling and grammatical errors.
Question for the reader: Do you rely on anyone else to help you with your blogging?
- Question: How important has it been to differentiate yourself from all the other “make a living in one year” type blogs out there?
-
My goal in and of itself is unique. It takes courage to be held publicly accountable for a goal. There are lots of make money online blogs out there, but how many of them actually challenge themselves and their readers the way that mine does? Most of the blogs that you read are about people that have actually done it… what about those “trying” to do it? Along the way I like to share tips and tricks that help, but I wouldn’t solely consider myself a make money online blogger. More like a “live your dreams” blogger.
Question for the reader: How important is it to differentiate your blog from others both within and outside of your niche?
That concludes the interview. I’d like to thank Byran Clark for having taken the time to answer the questions!
