3 reasons why Blogging Zoom SUCKS!

Why did you decide to come read this article? What motivated you to click on it out of all the other ones available to you at this very moment? Don’t worry that’s a rhetorical question. The fact of the matter is that you had to come and see what I had written because of the title. Imagine if the title had been something a little more mundane, like…

  • 5 improvements Blogging Zoom could make
  • 5 things Blogging Zoom needs to deal with
  • Blogging Zoom’s 5 fatal mistakes
  • Blogging Zoom isn’t that great

Would you have clicked on any of those titles? Probably not. And why should you?

But let’s get back to the 3 reasons that Blogging Zoom sucks, shall we?

Blogging Zoom sucks

By , for bloggers
Instead of getting buried in the mix on other social media sites Blogging Zoom puts your articles in front of the people who want to read them. Other bloggers, and people who enjoy reading blogs.

A friendly
It’s still in its infancy, but I’m losing hope that the Blogging Zoom community will ever become a bunch of asses like can be found over at that other social media site which ends in “igg” and starts with a “D”. I guess that being a dick isn’t always a last resort.

Responsive administration
Being an guy myself by trade I can tell you that questions being answered and resolutions found in what often amounts to a matter of minutes is completely unacceptable. I don’t know how long it takes the folks at Blogging Zoom to resolve a problem but I do know they have been very quick to answer my questions. Which leads me to believe they’re probably the same with actual problems. That sucks…

  1. Awesome. I think this will be lost on the majority of bloggers, though. It’s a very fine sense of humor, indeed, and not at all apologetic.

Bravo! (stop by again, see tonights),

  2. Sam – Thanks! Yes I suspect it will be lost on quite a few folks, but that’s ok. The information I provide is to me more valuable than the traffic it may or may not generate for me. I can always generate traffic another way if need be.

it certainly got ME to come to your site and read the full article. although, i must admit, considering how much i like BZ at the moment, if you had used any of those alternate titles, i still would have clicked on the link. =P

    thanks for this. :)

Okay, I got your point, good thinking. But i would have clicked even if you had used the other titles.

What better way to illustrate a point. Kudos and got my Zoom

You forgot the fourth reason BloggingZoom sucks. Creative bloggers who make us laugh. I hate that.

I would read your article even if it had another title. And know, after I’ve stopped laughing, I go to register to B. zoom, since I found out about them from you :)

What about, “A Blog About Nothing Is Nothing, But SUCKS!”?

  12. Mark – I’m sure plenty of people are of the same opinion as you are, but I wanted a “graphic” example instead of trying to explain it in words.

Vic – Thank you! That’s what I was trying to do, illustrate a point.

Jason – Once in a blue moon as the old saying goes.

Diana13 – Glad to have made you laugh.

James – I appreciate the support!

    Fred – Like clockwork :p

Kher – Go for it. Only way you’ll know is by testing things out. Good luck!

good article! very catchy heading. i wouldn’t have cluck through if it were something else.

  14. Jansie – Thank you, and thanks for stopping by.

Definitely disappointed by the title :(

Was ready for a great article

  16. Matthew – Oh, you thought it was going to be a slam on Blogging Zoom? Well I won’t slam on the service itself because it’s not half bad. I will slam on Vic though cause he’s a bitch.

Aside from that me thinks perhaps you just didn’t get the point of the article which was simply to make a point about the power of a title.

    Sorry it sucked.

  17. Matthew (3 comments.) says:

lol i understand, ive read plenty saying “hey look the title made you come here, but its not about this at all haha”

I was hoping for more legit reasons as to why it is a good or bad service.

a huge problem was finding this article on their site via search. very tough. I had to end up googling it
